Promenade has arrived!

But as we’ve grown in focus and functionality and work to address the needs of businesses in other vertical markets, there was a need to consolidate our brand.

While the platforms you have come to count on will remain 100% available, and with exciting, new features and functions being added! Promenade (or BloomNation powered by Promenade) is the name and brand you will start to see, both on our website, within your back office experience, and other communications.

BloomNation FAQs

What is happening with BloomNation?

To properly reflect our growing business and the exciting launch and availability of point of sale, BloomNation will include Promenade POS as part of its platform and branding.

When will this change happen?

The new corporate website will launch in May 2022.

Where will I see the new Promenade brand?

The first place will be within your back office experience, where you will see Promenade when you are logged into your account.

Has BloomNation been acquired?

Absolutely not. To properly reflect the company’s evolution as it addresses the deeper needs of florists, BloomNation Promenade.

What will I see on my monthly invoices/billing for your services?

We’re transitioning to the Promenade brand over the next few months. As such, there might be some mentions of BloomNation within certain areas of the back office or support emails, etc. in the short term.

What is expected of me? Do I need to do anything?

Nothing at all! We’re evolving the BloomNation brand to address the needs of other markets. For you, please keep doing what you do by creating fantastic customer experiences.
